I am a wife and a mother of a blended family of nine. I am a dedicated Instructional Leader with 22 years of experience. I believe in our students' achievement and growth by evaluating data for trends and implementing changes to correct the trends. Qualities that I am proud to possess are being fair and consistent. I am also organized and prepared daily for the many challenges we face in the educational community. I spent six years of my career as a Mental Health Counselor therefore, I am experienced to handle diverse and complex problems. Lastly, I believe in a supportive environment in tandem with routine, procedures and above all Love for students and their success.
